Your client has chosen a model they want to move forward with, and once you get that yes from them you are good to lock your model.
Lock the ICHRA Model
After you log in to benefitbay navigate to the client's "Enrollment Periods" tab. Select the blue "Define Contributions" button under the "Set up your ICHRA plan," on the "Your Next Steps" checklist.
Locate the model the client has agreed to, and select the 3 dots menu on the model located on the right side of the screen. Select the "Lock" option.
You will receive a confirmation message. Click "OK," to lock the selected model. You will be navigated back to the client's "Enrollment Periods" tab. You will notice the "Define Contributions" button is now white and this step has been marked completed. Congratulations, time to move to the next step!
Remember, once you lock a model you cannot unlock it so make sure everything is complete and in order before taking this step.
