View all your client's active and upcoming enrollments in one place!
You will want to monitor enrollments to provide your employer clients with the best service. Remember the number of employees enrolled also impacts your monthly consulting fee.
View Enrollment Periods
To see all the enrollment periods for your clients, navigate to the "Enrollment periods" tab on the left navigator bar.
Active Enrollments
Any enrollments listed in this section are current enrollments of your clients. You can monitor the number of employees in each enrollment and their enrollment status. You can click on each one to be directed to the employer enrollment page for more details.
Upcoming Enrollments
Any enrollments listed in this section are future scheduled enrollments of your clients. For more details, you can click on each one to be directed to the employer enrollment page.
Monitoring Enrollments
Being able to monitor your new groups open enrollment allows you to assist new groups as they navigate the new world of ICHRA. Below you will find descriptions of what it means when employee's move from one colored box to another.
If you would like to monitor the employee's participation in an enrollment, you can select "View summary" to see each status.
Any employee in the "Not Started" status will receive an email reminder five days before the end of the enrollment.
Status summaries:

"Not Started" - The employee has not yet logged into the benefitbay® platform or logged in and verified information, but didn't navigate to the medical shopping.

"In Process" - The employee has logged in and proceeded to medical shopping. They may have selected a plan.

"Pending" - The employee has logged in, made a plan selection, and their application has been submitted to the carrier.

"Completed" - The employee logged in, completed the enrollment, and the premium payment was received OR the employee logged in and waived coverage. If the employee elected to waive coverage, the summary report will state waived.
The goal is to get every employee to the "Pending" or "Completed" status before the end of Open Enrollment.
