Review and update all your agent information in benefitbay®
We know changes happen! We encourage you to keep your Agent Profile updated in benefitbay® to ensure our team can provide you with the best customer service!
To review or edit your agent profile, navigate to the "Agent Profile" tab in the left navigation bar. To edit a section, click the white "Edit" button of the section you want to change.
Agent information
The information in this section is all your personal contact information. Once you update any information, select the blue "Save changes" at the bottom of the page. To change the Agency information, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Business address
This section contains the business address for your agency. Once you update any information, select the blue "Save changes" at the bottom of the page.
Correspondence address information
This section contains the best address to send information to you. This address may be the same as your agency business address. Once you update any information, select the blue "Save changes" button at the bottom of the page.
Errors and Omissions
This section has your agency information listed. If you need to make a change, contact your Customer Success Manager.
License Information
This section contains all your agent license information we have on file.
- To edit one of the listed license(s), click the three dots on the right side of the license and select "Edit license info."
- To remove one of the listed license(s), click the three dots on the right side of the license and select "Remove license."
- To add a new license(s), click the blue "Add new license" at the top right corner of the "License Information" section.
- Select the State of the license from the drop-down list
- Enter your License Number
- Enter the Expiration date
- Click the blue "Save changes" button
- Repeat until all your license information is entered
Add You Agency Logo
Adding your agencies logo is a very simple process. The purpose of adding your logo is so that all the the platform generated proposals you run during the quoting process will include your agency logo on the front page of each proposal.
To add the logo you will go to your 'Agency Profile' tab in the left navigation bar. From there, click the 'Edit' button in the right hand corner of the 'Agency Information' box.
From here you will select the blue 'Choose File' at the bottom of the screen to select a pdf or png file of your logo. Once the file has been chosen, click 'Save changes'.
The platform will now automatically add your agency logo to all proposals generated by the active agents within your agency. To learn more about how to download a ICHRA quote proposal, click here.
