Benefitbay banks exclusively with First Premier Bank of South Dakota. Your company's Advance Reimbursement Checking (ARC) account is hosted by benefitbay at this bank. Members of your company's HR and Finance team may request viewing access to your company's bank account. 

Requesting First Premier Bank Access

In order to request viewing access to your company's benefitbay ARC account with First Premier Bank, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. There is no limit to the amount of logins that you can request for your company. 

After you request an account we will ask you to confirm the following: 

• First Name
• Last name
• Work Email
• Phone number

After your request has been completed, your CSM will send your Username and a temporary Password to log in.

Logging In

Go to https://www.firstpremier.com/

Use your new Username and Password to log in. Use the "Settings" tab on the left navigation bar to reset your password immediately. 

Viewing Transactions

The front page of your account will show your collected and available balance, and will also show each individual payment that is made to each carrier. The payments will be labeled with the Employee's name, and the amount will be listed on the right-hand side of the screen, along with a running balance. 

Viewing Statements

Click the "Services" tab on the left navigation bar and select "Statements and Notices."

This will bring you to a list of your company's monthly bank statements. 

You can click into each statement to view and download it.
