Candidate Medical Plan Preview Tool

The ability to offer personalized benefits to future candidates is a powerful resource in the recruitment process. Employer's can now provide candidates with a preview shopping link to view their ICHRA plan options before accepting a position.

Create a Candidate Shopping Link

You can quickly and easily create preview shoppings links for any prospective candidates. 

  • Go to the "Employee Management" tab
  • Select the large three dot menu at the top right hand of the page.
  • Select "Candidate medical plan previews"

On this page you will be able to manage existing links or create new ones. To create a new link, select the blue "New preview link" button at the top right corner of the page.

Please only create one link per candidate. Enter the information based on the position the candidate would hold at your company (the preview shopping will calculate the specific ICHRA contribution using your company contributions based on the class type selected).

Once the link is created, copy it by clicking the paper icon at the front of the link, and send the copied link to the candidate so they can begin their preview shopping. 

If you need to extend the expiration date or delete the link entirely you can do so by selecting the three dots at the right side of the booking link you need to adjust.

Please note: Candidates should be made aware that this information is for preview purposes only. They can view plan options but cannot make a plan selection at that time. They will need to complete their enrollment as usual once they have completed their waiting period.

Candidate Preview Shopping View

Once you've sent the preview shopping link the candidate will input some basic information to be able to preview their plan options. The plan costs shown to the candidate are based on their age, location, and your defined employer ICHRA contribution.

Candidates are able to add or delete dependents for a more dynamic view of their potential plan options and costs. 

Please note: Details entered by the candidate are never stored in the platform or able to be viewed by you as the employer. 

Once they've added their general information they can preview the plan options. This preview shopping will provide candidates the ability to see what types of plans are available to them and the potential cost to them.
