Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Enrollment Process

Congratulations on your enrollment! After you enroll in a BCBS MA plan, you may have an additional step to complete.

BCBS MA may or may not require Proof of Residence documents. 

If Documents are Required

If Proof of Residence documents are required, the benefitbay support team will reach out to you directly to request the documents. Please see the list of documents below. 

Send the documents directly back to benefitbay — we will submit them to the carrier on your behalf. Our team will provide a deadline for document submission. If you do not submit your documents by the deadline, your coverage may be in jeopardy. 

When our team submits your documentation to BCBS MA, we will cc you on the email for your visibility. There is no need for you to take any action.
