Logging in to benefitbay

 

When it is time to sign in:

1. Go to app.benefitbay.com (or click the button in your welcome email) and enter the email address your employer has on file for you.
2. Choose "Email me a sign-in link."
3. Check your inbox for an email from benefitbay. It contains both a sign-in link and a 6-digit code.
4. Either click the link or type the 6-digit code on the sign-in screen. You can enter the code on a different device than the one you requested it from.
5. You are signed in and taken to your Employee Home page.

For your security, each sign-in link and code can be used only once and expires after a few minutes. If yours no longer works, choose "resend" to get a new one.

Not seeing the email? Check your spam or junk folder, confirm you used the same email address your employer has on file, and wait a moment before requesting another.

Logging In

benefitbay uses passwordless sign-in. There is no password to create, remember, or reset.

After you click the button in your welcome email, you will land on a benefitbay page that displays your email address.

Didn't get a welcome email? No problem!

Go to app.benefitbay.com (or click the button in your welcome email) and enter the email address your employer has on file for you.

Click "Email me a sign-in link." We will send you a single email that contains both: a sign-in link you can click, and a 6-digit code you can type in.

Not seeing the email? Check your spam or junk folder, confirm you used the same email address your employer has on file, and wait a moment before requesting another. 

Either click the link or type the 6-digit code on the sign-in screen. Use whichever is easier for you. You can enter the code on a different device than the one you requested it from (for example, request it on your computer and read the code on your phone).

Once your link or code is accepted, you are signed in and taken to your Employee Home page.

To sign in again anytime, go to app.benefitbay.com, enter your email address, and request a new sign-in link and code the same way.
