Shopping - Error - "Plan details are not complete. Please remove plan."

When shopping in benefitbay, if you have started shopping and do not choose a plan.

When shopping in benefitbay^® if you being shopping, and do not choose a plan, the system creates a blank plan for you.

You will see a red message with a red banner, to remove this plan. Click to remove. Once removed, you will be able to start the shopping process over. If you have multiple, you will need to remove all before you can start shopping again.
