As you navigate through the enrollment experience and find a plan that best suits your healthcare needs you'll want to be sure to use your Advanced Reimbursement Checking (ARC) account to pay the entirety of your medical premiums.
We are so excited that your company has partnered with benefitbay® ICHRA to provide you with the unique flexibility of personalized benefit elections while continuing you use payroll deductions to pay for your medical premiums. As you navigate through the enrollment experience and find a plan that best suits your personal healthcare needs you'll want to be sure to use your Advanced Reimbursement Checking (ARC) account to pay the entirety of your medical premiums.
Initial or 'binder' payments as well as ongoing monthly auto-pay should be set to pay your specific insurance carrier's monthly premiums. Using your ARC allows your company to pay the full medical premium. If you've elected a medical plan that costs more than your employer ICHRA monthly contribution this amount will be deducted in equal installments from your paycheck.
You can access your ARC details by first logging into benefitbay®.
Once you've logged in you can navigate to your Coverage section on the left-hand navigation.
Here you'll see details on your Current Plans, as well as access to any historical plan details or Future plan details.
You will also be able to view your personal ARC at the top of the Coverage section.
NOTE: This is designed to be a personal checking account. This account is in your name with your address.
You can use the copy icons to copy the Account and Routing numbers to paste into your specific insurance carrier's payment portal.
You can also use the Download Voided Check option to view the full details of your Personal ARC.
