There are data reports available to assist your company with the ICHRA administration.
Reports Overview:
- Login to benefitbay and select the "Reports" tab on the left navigation bar under your company's name
Each report screen has filters/search features at the top. Select a future date to see the next month's employee plan(s) information. In addition, reports can be downloaded by clicking the blue CSV button on the right side of the screen.
Each employee's plan selection will populate once the enrollment period has been closed by a benefitbay team member.
- "Active Coverage Summary" - This report will show you all the employees who have current coverage. There are additional carrier and plan details. If you notice an employee listed multiple times, that employee has more than one coverage.
- "Payroll Deduction" - This file will include all the payroll deductions for each employee. This report uses the employer contribution amount, your company's payroll frequency, and the monthly premium cost to calculation each pay period deduction. - "Reimbursement Schedule" - See the contributions for each employee's age and class. This is a helpful report to save for your staff onboarding or recruiting team.
- "Payroll Changes" - This report can help your payroll team monitor any changes each payroll cycle. Since these policies are individual, some employees contact their carrier directly to make changes. Once an update has been identified, and the coverage changed, this tool helps your team quickly isolate and identify those changes and update your company's payroll.
- "ICHRA Plan Setup" - View the locked ICHRA model or test scenarios with new models for your company. This will not make any permanent changes to your company's data.
