To avoid any disruptions in coverage, please log into your insurance carrier's member portal to verify or update your payment method and ensure autopay is set up using your benefitbay® ARC Account.
Important: You will NOT use a personal form of payment. Instead, use the Advanced Reimbursement Checking (ARC) account information found in your benefitbay® wallet. This is the personal checking account your employer funds to pay for your insurance premium(s).

- If you haven’t, click "Forgot my password" to reset it.
- Navigate to the Wallet tab.
- Here, you’ll find your assigned Advanced Reimbursement Checking (ARC) account number and routing number.
- You can also download a voided check if needed.
Step 2: Make a Payment & Set Up Autopay
📞 Option 1: Call Your Insurance Carrier
- Dial the number on the back of your insurance card.
- Ask to make a payment and set up autopay using your ARC account information from your benefitbay® wallet. (this is a personal checking account, not business)
- If asked, ensure you state "amount due" to deduct each month.
- Some carriers may not allow autopay setup over the phone and may require online setup.
💻 Option 2: Log into Your Insurance Carrier's Member Portal
- Log in or create an account on your insurance carrier’s website.
- For Medicare Part B, go to Medicare.gov to login. You will not be able to call to make a payment. Click this article for instructions to pay your Medicare Part B premium.
- Navigate to the Make a Payment/Premium section.
- Add, verify, or update your payment method to the ARC account listed in your benefitbay® wallet.
- If asked, ensure you select "amount due" to deduct each month.
❌ Do NOT use a personal payment method.
- Enable autopay or recurring payments to ensure your monthly payments are automatically deducted from your benefitbay® ARC account. This also ensures no lapse in coverage.
- If your payment is overdue, make a one-time payment to get account current using your ARC account to avoid any disruption in coverage.
